Astronomy Science ~ United States Space Agency (NASA) will present a special report to the citizens of the world. NASA Television and the official website will be broadcast delivery of robot researchers, Philae, onto the surface of the comet.

Philae lander's robotic spacecraft sent by Rosetta, belongs to the mission of the European Space Agency (ESA). The broadcast schedule will be held on 12 November 2014 at 6:00 to 08:30 am local time. During the period of the live broadcast, NASA will complete the report by the comments of the experts in this mission. Comments will accompany for an hour at the start of the live broadcast.

Robot Philae lander is scheduled to touch down on the surface of the comet 67P / Churyumov-Gerasimenko at 7:35 am local time or 22:35 GMT on 12 November. Landing confirmation signal is expected to appear 17 minutes after touching the surface of the comet.

After the successful landing on the surface of the comet, Philae robot will take the first picture of comet surface. Robot ESA will also drill the surface in order to study the composition and watch closely how the comet changes, either due to exposure or changes by the sun.

This robot will be subsequently fixed on the surface of the comet for two and a half days. While the parent aircraft, Rosetta is scheduled to remain in orbit around the comet to 2015.

Rosetta's mission is to continue detailed study comet as it approached and then away from the sun. For this mission, NASA has contributed to three of the 16 existing instruments on Rosetta.

Experts interested in researching this comet because they are considered primitive building blocks of the solar system. Experts suspect this comet plays a role in seeding the Earth with water and the basic ingredients of life of formation of the solar system was formed from 4.5 million years ago.

Previously, scientists at ESA has appointed one point called J as a landing place robot. A point is an area of 'head' comet. A point was later named by Agilkia, which is taken from the name of the island on the banks of the Nile in Egypt, Africa. This is the place where the removal of the building - an ancient building in Egypt, including the Temple of the god Isis, from its original place, the island of Philae.

The island was hit by flooding during the Aswan dam to be built in a few centuries ago. Philae is also taken from the monument in the sinking island, along with the Rosetta stone, to trace the ancient hieroglyphics.
